Hotel Facilities Research/Availability Search - We will research hotels in your preferred destination for availability and rates that will best fit your criteria specified.
Destination Research - Area information will be sent to you for your review of the destination itself to include, dining, golfing, shopping, etc.
Site Visit Itinerary - We will assist in setting up your site visit itineraries, to include room set up, site visits with hotel staff, city tour, and a meal function while touring your final short list of facilities.
Contract Review & Negotiation - Review & Suggest industry clauses that will cover you instead of the hotel! We have saved hundreds of thousands of dollars for our clients in rate, attrition, cancellation, and f& B pricing!
Event Transportation - We offer airport transportation set up, private transportation for VIP's or Group bus transfers.
Themed Events - We can assist in creating themed events with the enhancement of props, back drops, lighting, etc. to make the event magical! We also assist in locating offsite venues for themed events as well! Allow us to set the ambiance to fit your theme!

Fee Based Services Offered:
Conference Consulting Services - Our staff will partner with you to assist in all pre-planning stages of your conference. Consider us an additional extension of your staff! We will act as a liaison between you and the hotel management team to assist in the set up and revisions of your meeting. From Food & Beverage Budget reviews and suggestions, Rooming list and pick up review, agenda changes, Audio Visual requirements/quote, set up requirements for offsite events or bus transfers, special requests, speaker requirements and more! Allow us to handle all of the busy work of the meeting set up process for you! This service is a monthly fee, and is based on the amount of attendees and the agenda requirements needed. We recommend that you contract this service no less the 3 months prior to arrival so accurate monitoring of the reservations procedure will happen accordingly.
Onsite Event Coordinator/Meeting Registration Services- Professional, friendly staff will assist you onsite at your conference in coordinating registration, attending the Pre-Convention Meeting with you and the hotel staff, meeting and AV set up, name badges, materials/hand out, binder additions, f&b confirmation, budget and billing review daily, and anything else you may need us to do!
